Charles-Antoine is a doctoral student and research assistant at the Institute for Biomedical Ethics (IBMB). He holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (summa cum laude) from the University of Lucerne and previously completed a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Media and Communication Studies (insigni cum laude) at the University of Zurich. His academic work is informed by his interests in bioethics, applied ethics, political theory, and qualitative social research. He has worked as a student research assistant in the SNSF project Populism as Peripheral Resentment? and served as a tutor for qualitative research methods.
Stations of work
Charles-Antoine is currently working on the SNSF-funded projects MORALMAP and EQUIMED. His doctoral research is situated in the field of gender medicine and focuses on ethical questions related to sex and gender bias in healthcare and medical technologies.
