Overview:
In Cooperation with the Fondation Brocher at Hermance, Switzerland, we are happy to announce the Execution of our first Implementation Workshop: "Smart Home Technologies and the Elder", which will take place at the Fondation, from the 18th to the 20th of May 2021. A variety of stakeholders from research, as well as from public institutions and private companies will meet (both in person and online) to discuss the emerging field of widely available Smart Home Technologies for older people. The concrete aims of the Workshop are:
During three days, we will go into depth on the ehtical and social issues, challenges and chances of Smart Home Technology in Caregiving for older persons, via presentations, Q&As, and panel discussions.
